Welcome to the website for the Sumter County
Longbeards a NWTF chapter. As you browse
through our site, you will find several pages and
links that tell you more about our chapter.
Calendar of events, as well as more information
about the different groups that are supported by
the NWTF. We hope you find our web site is
extremely helpful and encourage you to become
an active participate in our chapter.
It is important that we realize that there are over
550,000 members in the NWTF and more than
50 million people that have hunted in the past
two years. With those numbers, we are a
formidable economic and political force in this
nation. Volunteers are the strength of the
NWTF and together we can continue to stand
strong for conservation, hunting and gun rights,
and the preservation of the wild turkey and other
wildlife. We also can enrich the lives of those in
our community and enjoy the great outdoors in a
family friendly atmosphere.
